Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior CRE Draw Administrator to manage construction draw analysis and budget monitoring for complex commercial real estate loans.
Key Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of the draw process for a portfolio of CRE income property and homebuilder loans
Analyze loan documents for compliance and accuracy, including appraisal and preconstruction evaluations
Coordinate with third-party inspectors and other stakeholders for timely draw processing and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field
6 or more years of experience in commercial real estate banking
Extensive experience in funding and draw processing of complex CRE income property and homebuilder products
Knowledge of AIA documentation and budget balancing requirements
Experience with loan system processing, GL accounting, and wire balancing
