Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Machine Learning
Engineering - Community Support Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of applied scientists and machine learning
engineers in AI model research and optimization
Develop and refine the strategy for ML and AI in community support
products, focusing on scalability and reliability
Collaborate with engineers to create robust ML models that enhance
community support initiatives while ensuring rapid development
cycles
Required Qualifications
PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics,
Statistics, or a related technical field
10+ years of experience in building and shipping AI models and
products, including 2+ years with LLMs
5+ years of experience managing machine learning teams with
significant impact
Expert knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
Experience with AI technologies in customer support
applications
