Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Data Engineering and
Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve data integrations, infrastructure, and processes
to enhance data quality and integrity
Develop and implement scalable data engineering solutions to
address organizational priorities
Recruit, mentor, and lead the Data Engineering team while fostering
collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information
Technology, Data Science, or a related field
10+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering and
infrastructure, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience with modern data infrastructure tools and programming
languages such as Python and SQL
Proven success in leading large data engineering initiatives and
managing teams in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to
non-technical audiences
