Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager Desktop-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of
endpoint technologies
Lead a team to ensure endpoint services meet organizational needs
and expectations
Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive
interaction with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems
(MIS), or a related technology field
Experience managing endpoint technologies, including hardware and
software support
Experience with desktop Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and device
management
Ability to manage vendor/contract and license management
Experience working within the ITIL ITSM framework is preferred
