A company is looking for a Sales Director for the Employee
Benefits Vertical in the Pacific Northwest.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong producer relationships through product
knowledge and excellent customer service
Achieve sales goals through consultation, negotiations, and
positioning of offerings
Identify new customer sales opportunities and manage existing
client relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
7+ years of experience selling through broker distribution
Experience in executing prospecting strategies for new accounts
History of managing large accounts and complex sales projects
Ability to manage a large pipeline of sales opportunities
