Winston Resources is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a
travel nursing job in Chesapeake, Virginia.Job Description &
Requirements
Stepdown RN needed for 13 weeks with possible extension
3x12 or 4x12 (OT billed after 48 on 4x12) Nights Shift 7pm-7:30am;
weekdays, EOW, Float, Holidays within contract.
Must be willing to float. Must have Charge experience. MUST HAVE
STRONG NEURO EXP
Offering but not requiring 48/4x12 hour contracts (OT billed after
48)
BLS, ACLS required via American Heart Association; NIHSS
required
Skills required: vents, IV start, Telemetry, PA Lines, Conscious
Sedation, Neuro IV titration, Insulin IV experience, strong Neuro
experience required (post brain surgery, EVD
