Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician- Member Services
to enhance member satisfaction and retention through effective
communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor prescription claims rejections and provide outreach to
members and providers
Collaborate with the pharmacy prior authorization team and process
overrides as needed
Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy benefits and handle
escalated contacts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy or PBM operations
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
Active PTCB certification required
Excellent attendance and internal performance standards must be
met
Intermediate skills in Google and Microsoft Office Suite are
essential
