Job Description:
A company is looking for an Attorney IV - Insurance Defense
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate complex claims and manage the defense of homeowner and
commercial policy claims
Conduct depositions and complete deposition summaries within
specified timeframes
Prepare legal motions and documents for trials, including pre-trial
and post-trial motions
Required Qualifications
Law degree and admission to the Bar in relevant states
Preferred 20+ years of insurance defense experience
Preferred 5-10 years as a primary attorney in catastrophic injury
cases
Experience with at least 40 insurance defense personal injury jury
trials
Preferred handling of celebrity or high-profile cases
