Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide
technical support and resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for customer inquiries via
multiple channels
Research, resolve, and respond to end-user issues while documenting
information for record keeping
Collaborate with other teams to advocate for customers and enhance
existing processes
Required Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in providing customer service
1-5 years of technical support experience
1-5 years of experience in software support/SaaS
Experience in help desk tools
1-3 years of experience working in a remote environment
preferred
