A company is looking for an Associate Recovery Resolution Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Review, research, and resolve credit balance accounts for health plans and clients
Manage inventory of credit balances, ensuring compliance with timeliness guidelines
Represent the company's core values while anticipating client needs and improving operations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED
18 years or older
Experience in A/R, billing, or collections in healthcare or insurance industries
Basic proficiency with PC, Windows, and Excel
Ability to work 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
