Job Title: Sonographer Job Specialty: Vascular Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM 12 Hours - Friday 7:00-3:00, Saturday 7:00-7:30, Sunday 7:00-7:30, Monday 7:00-3:30 Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Two to three years of ultrasound and PVL technologist experience preferred. License: Current licensure and continuing education credits from a credentialing program required. Certifications: Registration or certification as an Ultrasound Technologist and Vascular Technologist (RVT) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or another credentialing program. Must-Have: - Knowledge of ultrasound techniques, principles, procedures, diagnostic tests, equipment, anatomy and physiology, and hemodynamics of the arterial venous system. - Ability to operate and maintain sonographic equipment. Job Description: - Perform diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing various ultrasound equipment. - Evaluate the quality of images and make necessary adjustments for image optimization. - Collaborate with physicians to manage patient care. - Maintain accurate records of ultrasound procedures. - Ensure sonographic equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. - Follow dress code: scrubs with close-toed shoes, no crocs, no hoodies, or large graphics. Hair must be pulled back, and no dangling jewelry.
