Job Description:
A company is looking for a Value-Based Programs Lead to support
provider relationships and improve the provider experience.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure operational, financial, and compliance requirements of
value-based arrangements are met throughout the contract
lifecycle
Facilitate the transition of value-based program pilots into fully
operational phases and manage vendor relationships
Develop and implement scalable processes to support market and
vendor engagement for the program
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Healthcare or Managed Care experience
5+ years of Value-based care or payment strategy experience
3+ years of Program Management experience
3+ years of Relationship Management experience
2+ years of Contract Management experience (Negotiation/Risk
Management/Analysis)
