Job Description:
A company is looking for a Processing Specialist for a
short-term assignment that can be done remotely from anywhere in
the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Review incoming documentation and determine eligibility for
coverage elections
Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to
resolution and closure
Ensure sensitive information remains confidential and adheres to
company guidelines
Required Qualifications
Proven customer service and data entry experience
Ability to self-start and maintain a positive attitude
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Understanding and adherence to information confidentiality
Completion of a background check is required
