Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Building Controls Technician
to provide services related to building automation hardware and
software.
Key Responsibilities
Design and engineer control system hardware and software
programming based on project specifications
Collaborate with the engineering team on system configuration and
programming
Execute system commissioning, functional testing, and provide owner
training as required
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience with programming, startup, and
commissioning of control systems
Niagara N4 certification
Technical knowledge with installation of controls equipment and
ancillary devices
Experience with multiple manufacturers of controls is a plus
Thorough understanding of DDC Control Theory and Applications
related to HVAC equipment
