Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Analyst to maintain and
elevate customer service standards through quality monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Calabrio Quality Assurance product, including
implementation and administration
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for BDC Coordinators and
Service Advisors
Analyze QA data and provide recommendations for training and
coaching needs
Required Qualifications and Education
Prior call center quality assurance experience is a plus
Familiarity with sales and service customer interactions is
beneficial
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
Must be organized and detail-oriented
High energy and enthusiasm with a strong work ethic
